1. Initial Consultation
Consult with our expert team and discuss your wish list, objectives, and your investment plan. The expert team will provide a quote and an initial layout/plan at the end of this phase.
2. Planning & Design
Our expert planning and design team will start transforming your wish list into a concept through drawings. The project manager and planner will provide the preliminary scope of work, time chart and approximate budget.
3. Presentation
Review the entire scope of work and finalize the design and project plans with our team. Upon signing the renovation agreement, a start date will be determined. Our team will be responsible for obtaining a permit to ensure all projects are safe.
4. Product Selection
The JW Collection can provide an industry-leading selection of products and materials at a discounted price. We also have strong partnerships with a wide range of suppliers to meet your expectations as strictly as possible.
5. Renovation
The project manager will closely monitor and inspect the steps and timelines to ensure the project runs smoothly and efficiently. Weekly communication will be scheduled with you so you can see your design and dream take form.
6. Completion
Customers are at the heart of everything we do. The final walk-through with you is the most important part to ensure you are satisfied with the final outcome. Proessional photographs and videos will also be taken to be featured in our project portfolio.
